About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced QA Analyst to work within a team of professionals in our Australian payments Fintech company. You must be a highly motivated and technically astute professional ready for their next challenge.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with an experienced team of Quality Assurance Analysts and Software Developers. This is a fast paced, varied and exciting role. You will be working on a wide range of products covering payment terminals, mobile, desktop, server and web applications.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Payment terminal level 3 scheme certification testing
  • Liaising with issuers and acquirers to resolve technical issues
  • Keeping up to date with EMV standards and scheme mandates
  • Generation of internal and user documentation
  • Post deployment monitoring and problem solving
  • Providing technical support for investigation into EMV chip and contactless issues

This role is in-office position based with no work from home opportunity

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5+ years experience in software testing and quality assurance
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Methodical problem solving skills
  • Payment terminal testing experience
  • A solid understanding of AS2805 and ISO8583
  • EMV contact and contactless scheme certification testing experience

It would be an advantage to have knowledge / experience with:

  • Business analysis
  • SQL
  • CI/CD tools
  • SmartBear TestComplete
