**About the Opportunity**:
LUCAS Restaurants is embarking on an significant period of growth, with a number of new venues opening in the next 12 months -24months

We are committed to continue to create spaces that excite and impress our city in the coming years.

The LUCAS Talent Advisor will be an integral in building the foundation of the new era of LUCAS Restaurants.

Our Talent Advisor will have the ability to influence, partner, source, build relationships and be a a trusted ambassador for the LUCAS brand.
- 6-12months recruitment experience, inhouse or agency
- Understanding of equal employment opportunity and recruitment best practice
- Pleasant and professional phone manner
- Demonstrated administrative experience
- Previous experience coordinating appointments and meetings
- Previous experience with Job Adder will be looked upon favourably (not essential)
- Adaptable and able to deal with a variety and ambiguity
- Possess initiative and able to work both autonomously and collaboratively
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- High level of attention to detail and sense of urgency
