Education Perfect is currently seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Business Development Team in either NSW or Queensland. The SDR plays a pivotal role in supporting our Business Development Managers and Account Managers. This is a dynamic role which requires a high level of customer service, flexibility, and a can-do attitude.

If you have 1-2 years sales experience already, or are a recent graduate with the view of growing into a Business Development role we'd love to hear from you

What you'll be doing:

- Responding to all inbound leads immediately
- Assessing the quality of the lead via the initial data available
- Arrange demonstrations and sales calls for Business Development Managers and Account Managers
- Explain the value of EP by way of initial unique selling points
- Set up trials and manage own correspondence with trialing customers.
- Regularly follow up older leads to qualify and move through the initial stages of the trialing process
- Proactively target (outbound) additional opportunities and manage through the initial stages of the trialing process

We’d love it if you have:

- The ability to work in a distributed team with strong collaboration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to multitask, work productively and prioritise appropriately
- An engaging personality and a One Team attitude
- Sales Support/Customer Service experience is preferred but not essential
- A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred but not essential
- Current right to live and work in Australia
