Residential Leasing Consultant

**Day to day responsibilities will include**:

- Property management/organise appointments
- Schedule and attend open for inspections and private inspections
- Complete Entry Condition Reports
- Complete Vacating Reports
- Current Real Estate Representatives Licence
- Current driver's licence
- Be well presented
- Great attention to detail
- Have excellent communication skills
- Possess a strong work ethic

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
