**As our Quality Assurance Officer, you will**:

- Supervise and support the quality assurance team and build collaborative relationships with key program stakeholders including Section Managers and Planning and Quality Management staff to facilitate effective quality management outcomes
- Coordinate the documentation, review, updating and communication of program procedures and protocols to ensure that eradication techniques and tools are contemporary and drive operational decision making
- Monitor the implementation of program procedures and protocols to measure and assure ongoing improvement in internal compliance and to support periodic reviews of practices and procedures
- Coordinate the design and implementation of a schedule of operational desktop and in-field assessments to measure whether treatment and surveillance activities align with eradication principles and current approved procedures
- Contribute to the development of data systems that support the provision of reports, feedback, and recommendations to the Senior Quality Assurance Officer in relation to compliance by program staff with operating procedures, including recommendations to improve program efficacy and efficiency
- Support the review and ongoing improvement of quality assurance and quality control processes
- Contribute to continuous business improvement arising from quality assurance results

What you will bring
You may have
- While there are no mandatory qualifications for this role, practical experience or qualifications in a relevant field will be favourably regarded.
- Knowledge of and ability to use ArcGIS is highly desirable.
- Experience composing business documentations in line with polices and guideline would be highly regarded.
