**THE ROLE**
Reporting to the Director, Professional Development and Wellbeing, the Manager will provide leadership, coaching and support to members of the team. The role is accountable for the development of and delivery against the team's work plan, and for ensuring all work supports and is aligned with the principles of the department's frontline learning and workforce strategies. The role also includes oversight of the design, delivery and evaluation of learning programs, contract management, relationship management and project management, and will contribute to projects across the Professional Development and Wellbeing unit.
**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**
- Provide expert advice and evidence-based recommendations on learning and development opportunities that align with the needs of the department and which result in beneficial and measureable outcomes.
- Lead the development, management, facilitation and delivery of training and professional development that meet best practice principles.
