As a Data Integrity Officer, your role is to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our customer data to ensure both seamless daily interactions between the customer and Signet, as well as driving and supporting the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

**About you**:
If you possess a high level of attention to detail and enjoy customer interactions, this is the role for you. To be successful in this role, you will have;
Worked in an office environment

Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills

Previous experience in a customer management platform

Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills

This is a part-time role offering 20 hours per week, with flexible start and finish times Monday to Friday.

It’s not essential, but will stand you in good stead, if you have:
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM)

Experience in Business Central (Navision)
