Our Federal Government client is looking for an experienced **API Support Lead **to join their dynamic fast-paced team.

**About the role**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Manage a small team, allocating work, reviewing performance, and providing guidance and direction to ensure efficient operations.
- Troubleshoot API and integration issues, collaborating with external vendors for timely resolution.
- Monitor and report on end-to-end API health, performance, and statistics, ensuring optimal service delivery.

**Qualifications/Experience**
- 3-5 years API/Integration support experience required.
- Proven team management skills for achieving results.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Documentation expertise in support processes and policies.
- CRM exposure is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for accessible design appreciated.
