**Purpose of the role**

The role of the Customer, Practice, and Quality Administrator is crucial in providing efficient administrative support to the functions of Customer, Practice and Quality team. This is a full-time permanent position with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for 3 days in the office (with Wednesday and Thursday mandatory) and the option to work from home on two other days. The role is based at Achieve’s Head Office in North Ryde, offering convenient parking facilities.

Achieve has been providing services to people with disability since the 1950s. Today, we are a registered NDIS provider offering integrated clinical, health, social and disability services in accommodation, community participation, supported employment and support coordination services in the Greater Sydney and in Northern Rivers regions in NSW.

**About the role**

The main role tasks include.
- Monitor and manage team inboxes, ensuring timely responses and appropriate actions to key stakeholders across Achieve.
- Manage the receipt of all complaints, assign to relevant owners, and monitor for completion.
- Coordinate and organise a range of staff inductions and workshops including scheduling and logístical arrangements in collaboration with key Achieve stakeholders including L&D.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with operations staff and managers and the various functions of the team.
- Maintain accurate records and register for complaints, incidents, inductions, and other relevant quality activities.
- Evaluate and maintain various request forms related to customer, practice, and quality matters.
- Communicate internal and external information and updates to the Customer, Practice and Quality team in keeping with existing communication pathways.
- Register policy and procedure documents and provide updates as required.
- Generate and manage basic reports on a fortnightly and monthly basis.
- Other administrative tasks as required.
