THE OPPORTUNITY
**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Provide and mentor the Technical Procurement team with expertise and resources.
- Regularly review and measure procurement procedures to implement process improvements and tools.
- Assist in identifying and delivering commercial and procurement improvements with local and international suppliers.
- Collaborate with departments to identify needs, conduct strategic sourcing, and plan market engagement.
- Manage capital expenditure and developing replacement strategies considering commercial impacts.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors.
- Develop strategic relationships with key suppliers and our partners to enhance sourcing opportunities.
- Negotiate with suppliers for cost savings.

**To be considered for this role you will have / be**:

- A Trade Certificate or proven experience in refrigeration, HVAC and/or electrical. (highly regarded)
- A Degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, Engineering or supply chain (highly regarded).
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to liaise with all levels within the organisation.
- Experience in Project Management and risk management
- Strong Microsoft Office skills -Word, Excel and Access highly regarded
- Must have strong communication and negotiation skills - verbal & written.
