**Introduction**:
Due to an internal promotion, Cater Care is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a pro-active, hands-on Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing team.
**Description**:
This is NOT your typical marketing role sitting behind a desk coordinating digital campaigns and social schedules, it's a visible role supporting our team’s on the front line. More specifically, you will be ensuring our brand's merchandising presentation, promotional material and point-of-sale aligns with the company's values and objectives.
This permanent full-time position offers the chance to make a significant impact within the marketing department of a market leading contract catering company.
Role Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand standards and visual merchandising best practice at our retail outlet as well as all new sites
Act as the conduit between operations and the wider marketing team
Improve brand perception via well executed retail merchandising products & solutions
Partner with the Operations teams to facilitate business outcomes through effective marketing and merchandising
Partner with the business development teams to improve customer retention and support new business acquisition, specifically through the development of effective marketing and merchandising solutions
**Skills and Experiences**:
Skills & experience
Previous Marketing & Merchandising experience
Experience developing client facing merchandising concepts and / or proposals
Well developed written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management skills
Ability to think strategically and demonstrate 'forward thinking' and initiative
