We're looking for a seasoned technology leader to spearhead a large-scale cloud and operations uplift program for one of key clients. This is an executive position responsible for modernising core technology platforms, strengthening operational performance, and shaping the future of infrastructure services across the organisation.

In this role, you'll lead the strategy and execution of a multi-year move to cloud-based platforms in partnership with a major global technology provider. Whilst also overseeing the performance of infrastructure operations, playing a critical leadership role during major incidents, key service decisions, and enterprise change activities.

You will lead

  • A major shift from legacy infrastructure to cloud-native platforms
  • The modernisation of engineering, automation, and service delivery
  • Performance, resilience and availability of enterprise technology services
  • Key strategic vendor and global partner engagements
  • And guide a large team of 100+ through significant change and capability uplift

You will need

  • Deep experience running enterprise technology operations in large or highly regulated environments.
  • Hands-on leadership of cloud migration or modernisation programs.
  • Strong vendor management skills, especially with large global technology partners.
  • The ability to simplify complex technical topics for senior stakeholders.
  • A people-first leadership approach with experience guiding teams through transformation.
  • A solid understanding of modern engineering practices, automation, security and cloud platforms.
