**Job description**
CogTek is the fastest-growing NetSuite Partner in ANZ. We are experts in NetSuite implementation, customization, third party integration, advanced support and training.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Directly contribute to achieve and surpass individual and department revenue goals of the organisation.
- Must be capable to drive demand generation with multi-strategy and orchestrate internal and external resource to achieve pipeline generation goal. As Account Manager, you need to be comfortable and capable to operate fundamental demand generation activity, social selling, as well as leading large scale of demand generation campaign.
- Ensure relationships with key decision-makers for accounts that will provide new business are continuously developed and relationships are strengthened and grown.
- Develop and implement strategic goals and tactical planning for sales organization.
- Drive CogTek Sales team to identify new potential affinity partners and formulate strategies to penetrate them.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**What you’ll bring**:
- Hunter mentality with demonstrated success building pipeline, progressing pipeline and wining deals; Be able to think Short - Mid
- Long term Market Development.
- 5 -10 years of ERP Solutions sales experience is a definite plus;
- Tenacious and extremely results driven. You want to be at the top of the leader board and hate losing. We are looking for quota killer, not quota achievers;
- Be capable and Experienced selling to C-level executives and senior management at mid-market-sized accounts; Be able to lead strategic discussion with C level leaders.
- Develops plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
- Has worked in a high-value B2B complex sales environment.
- Works closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel, and partner programs.
- Very strong communication and presentation skills;
- Masters and enforces CogTek Sales Policy guidelines.
- Mature Emotional Quality, be able to take stress and handle tough business case.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
