**Description**

We’re looking for a creative and strategic **Content Marketing Manager** to help shape our voice and storytelling. You’ll write punchy, engaging, and conversion-driven content across our website, ads, social media, and more — all while playing a key role in building a content engine that supports growth and student impact.

**What you'll do**
- Build and maintain a clear content calendar with strong execution rhythm
- Optimise all content for clarity, performance, and SEO
- Write and test ad copy for Meta and Google platforms
- Monitor performance data and adapt content strategy accordingly

**Academic Requirements**:

- Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Portfolio or writing samples showcasing digital content or campaign success

**Personal Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of hands-on content marketing or copywriting experience
- Comfortable with Google Ads and Meta Ads (for writing & managing copy)
- Confident using CMS tools (e.g. WordPress or Webflow)
- Understands marketing funnel stages and how content drives outcomes
- Strong time management skills with ability to manage competing deadlines
