**About the role**

The **Head of Marketing** is responsible for driving Contour’s marketing strategy, ensuring strong brand positioning, and executing impactful marketing campaigns that align with our mission of reshaping education. This role will oversee both paid and organic marketing efforts, manage branding materials, and foster strategic marketing partnerships.

This role is best suited for someone looking for a unique opportunity and challenge to grow within a start-up. Due to the rapid growth of our company and the pivotal role recruiting plays, there's potential for the role to evolve and perhaps one day even lead to higher responsibilities. Many of our earlier hires at Contour have moved up to leadership roles, and continue to work incredibly hard and dedicate themselves towards our vision of reshaping education.

**What you'll do**

**Marketing Strategy & Campaigns**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance Contour’s brand visibility and student engagement.
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
- Analyse performance data to refine marketing initiatives and improve ROI.

**Paid & Organic Marketing**
- Oversee **SEO**, **Google Ads**, **Facebook & Instagram ads**, and other paid media channels to optimise traffic and conversions.
- Lead organic growth strategies, including content marketing, community engagement, and partnerships.
- Ensure all marketing efforts align with **Contour’s mission of delivering high-quality tutoring**.

**Branding & Marketing Materials**
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Develop and manage **pamphlets, brochures, business cards**, and other promotional materials.
- Work closely with designers and content creators to ensure compelling storytelling and brand messaging.

**Marketing Partnerships**
- Establish and nurture partnerships with relevant organisations to enhance brand reach.
- Identify collaboration opportunities with influencers, educational institutions, and industry leaders.

**Team Leadership & Collaboration**
- Lead, mentor, and develop the **Marketing Specialist** and **Social Media Specialist**.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
- Foster a results-driven and innovative marketing culture.

**Experience Requirements**:
**Bachelor's Degree**(or higher) in Marketing/Business Administration
**3+ Years Experience** in Marketing and leading a Marketing team
