About Maison Bâtard:
Launching November 2024, Maison Bâtard is one of 2024's most highly anticipated openings. Flowing across four levels, Maison Bâtard features three signature offerings: Restaurant Bâtard, La Terrasse and Le Club, blending the enchanting essence of Paris with a classic Melbourne flair.

About Lucas Restaurants:
Home to Australia’s most beloved and acclaimed restaurants, including Chin Chin Melbourne and Sydney, Kisumé, Society, Yakimono, Baby Pizza, Hawker Hall, Grill Americano, Tombo Den and Carlotta. About the Opportunities:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Host/ Supervisor to assist out Reception Manager in leading our amazing host team. A guest service-driven individual, who can manage our host space, utilise their skills and experience to ensure consistency in outstanding service delivery to our guests, from the moment they walk in to when they leave our venue
- Demonstrate at least 1 year experience as a Senior Host or Supervisor in a premium venue
- Experience in Seven Rooms booking system or similar
- Exceptional service skills and guest focus
- Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
- Organisational and time management skills
- Exemplary leadership with focus on developing crew for career growth
- Solid understanding of supervisory practices
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Proactive, strong work ethic with a "can do" attitude
- Passion for hospitality and hunger to accelerate your career
- Ability and desire to mentor and lead others
- Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shift
- Must have unlimited Australian work rights
- RSA certificate
