About Le Club:
Hidden beneath Restaurant Bâtard, Le Club is a sultry underground destination for wining, dining and after-hours fun that kicks on till late each weekend. With plush red velvet and moody lighting setting the tone, it serves a supper club-style offering of dinner and a show, with live entertainment programming every Friday and Saturday night, and select additional dates. Also on the menu in this decadent subterranean space: bottle service, shared signature cocktails and a menu of French-leaning supper bites.

About the Opportunity:
We are looking for the industry’s best Assistant Manager to join our team to deliver a best-in-class experience for both our guests and crew. You will ensure a high standard of service and restaurant operations.
- Demonstrated management experience in a premium dining environment
- Exceptional service skills and guest focus, with particular expertise in engaging VIP clientele.
- Leadership experience with a strong focus on the crew experience
- Exceptional service skills and guest focus
- Strong understanding of management and restaurant compliance practices
- Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods
- Proven ability in building effective relationships
- Organisational and time management skills
- Experience using a time & attendance system, H&L or similar
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
