About Le Club at Maison Bâtard:
Hidden beneath Restaurant Bâtard, Le Club is a sultry underground destination
for wining, dining and after-hours fun that kicks on till late each weekend. With plush red velvet and moody lighting setting the tone, it serves a supper club-style offering of dinner and a show, with live entertainment programming every Friday and Saturday night, and select additional dates. Also on the menu in this decadent subterranean space: bottle service, shared signature cocktails and a menu of French-leaning supper bites.

About the Opportunity:
Are you ready to lead the bar at one of Melbourne’s most iconic dining destinations? Le Club is looking for a vibrant and dynamic Bar Manager to join our team This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, energetic environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.

As Bar Manager, you will oversee service delivery, maintain the bar, and develop your crew, all while embodying the values of LUCAS Restaurants. Your service skills are top-notch, expansive knowledge and have a strong guest focus that leaves a lasting impression.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing bar teams.
- Experience in premium venues or cocktail bars is highly valued.
- Flexible availability for late-night shifts, with potential finishes as late as 4am
- Strong understanding of effective management practices.
- Exceptional service skills with a strong focus on guest experience.
- Ability to adapt and perform under high-pressure service conditions.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktail creation and beverage production.
- Expertise in stock control and inventory management.
- Skilled in fostering strong team relationships and a positive workplace culture.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in labour management and ensuring compliance with Work, Health & Safety regulations.
