Floor Supervisor

**As a Floor Supervisor, your duties will include**:

- Continually motivate, creating an enjoyable, engaging and progressive work environment
- Effectively manage time and prioritise tasks and understand sequence of service
- Greeting and seating our customers
- Operational running of restaurant & front of house team
- Cash handling and till reconciliations

**What we are looking for**:

- Ideally a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- A current RSA Certificate
- Customer focused and passion to create an exceptional customer dining experience
- Demonstrate an advanced leadership approach and goal driven.
- Thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Be reliable and have flexibility to work a 7 day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays

**Salary**: $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
