About the role
Serco AsPac is currently seeking an experienced Business Partner to own and lead the development and management of key stakeholder relationships in the business unit. This role will work closely with the procurement team both locally and Globally. You have the ability to track Procurement delivery, spend, performance and compliance ensuring that strategy and plans are refined, or improvement or corrective actions are initiated and implemented as required. You are passionate about working closely with the broader team in delivering dedicated support to business units and contracts within Serco.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
Has the Leadership Behaviour and Capabilities stated as most critical to this role
Possesses strong business acumen, able to understand complex business needs and drivers and identify ways for Procurement to address
Demonstrates a consistent track record of delivery within large and complex Procurement organisations
Has a global and strategic mindset while being flexible to local differences and creative to encourage and seek innovative approaches
Demonstrates track record of developing and maintaining strong senior stakeholder relationships
Possesses excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels
Strong planning, organising, analytical and fact-based decision-making skills
Demonstrates personal and professional credibility and resilience
Defence and/or Maritiime experience is desirable
Post-graduate qualification (e.g. MSc/MBA) or a professional qualification such as MCIPS is desirable but not essential
