As the Revenue Assurance Manager you will work, as part of Finance, with relevant areas of the business to verify the accuracy of the revenue chain; whilst improving the tracking and analysis that will lead to leakage reduction.

A key interaction will be with business unit management to ensure they are across areas of concern and are equipped to improve their area of operational responsibility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing team members
- Developing rolling operational plans
- Ensuring that Revenue Assurance performance is measured, analysed and explained
- Identify potential areas of development in current processes
- Improving techniques and an existing tool that both allocates cost and monitors leakage
- Contributing to change programs to ensure cost allocation and leakage considered
- Developing Revenue Assurance management and operational reporting
- Presenting regular reports to management
- Managing relationship with third party RA platform provider
- Building fraud management capability
- Supporting relevant strategic projects

**About success in this role**:
As a motivated self-starter who is committed to providing accurate analysis through a team with an aim to reducing leakage and ensure accurate financial reporting; you’ll bring to this role:

- Previous experience in a same/similar role within an Enterprise, Retail, Wholesale or Commercial environment
- Tertiary qualifications within Business, Commerce, Finance and/or related disciplines
- Experience of the Telco domain
- Experience with complex multi system environments and understanding their interactions
- Experience of supervising a team of analysts
- Experience with presenting to all levels of business from operational team members to the executive team
- Demonstrable use of analytical tools, dashboards and reporting packs
