**We are looking for a Compliance Monitoring and Assurance Specialist**
If you are passionate about Risk and Compliance, this could be the role for you
MyState has adopted the 3 lines of defence model, This is a second line role and reports to the Senior Manager Compliance, who in turn report to the MyState limited CRO.
**In this role you will be responsible for second line oversight for the following**
- Compliance Monitoring and Assurance
- Compliance Program Management, Support and Devekopment
- Analysis and Reporting
- Embed Risk and Compliance Culture in the Group
- Supporting the Compliance Team
**To be successful, you should have**:
- Demonstrated general knowledge of industry codes of practice and legislation including, Corporations Act, FSRA, Privacy Act, ePayments, and National Credit legislation;
- Demonstrated knowledge of compliance practices and process;
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in audit and assurance activities;
- Demonstrated knowledge of the consumer products and services portfolio including basic deposit products and non-cash payment facilities;
- Well-developed customer service skills;
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills;
- Commitment to quality service; and
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in compliance, financial services or related service industry is desirable.
