**About the Position**
Anglicare's Stafford Home & Community service provide care and support to the older population providing them with help around the home to allow them to live there best lives and remain in their own homes.

Our friendly team are looking for an experienced Administration Officer with a broad range of knowledge to work as the face of the service on reception. This position has a rotating roster where you will commence work between 6.30am - 8.45am providing full coverage of this vital position. This is a full-time opportunity with all the benefits.

**About You**
With a passion for helping the community and a strong attention to detail you will use your Customer Service skills to build relationships with staff and clients
- Self-managing with the ability to prioritise and balance a full workload in a busy, changing environment
- Highly effective customer service skills
- A solid understanding of the entire Microsoft Suite
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills and the ability to relate effectively across a broad range of ages, cultures and socio-economic groups
- Dedication and commitment to error free administration, with unwavering attention-to-detail
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- National Police Clearance
- Queensland Drivers Licence
- Full Covid vaccination evidence
