We are on the hunt for our next TIKTOK obsessed Talent & Influencer Co-ordinator.

Creative Converters, is one of Australia's Leading TikTok and Facebook Ad Agencies and we are looking for a new superstar to join our marketing team in Cremorne, Melbourne. You will work closely with our Head of Talent plus our Creative Teams. You’ll be responsible for onboarding new talent/influencers, making TikTok's and learning all the in's and out's about talent management and social media. We work with brands including BondiBoost, Szep, Alya Skin, Linktr.ee, Oodie, Mermade and many more.

DAY TO DAY:

- Onboard new macro-micro influencers/ content creators
- Ensuring talent are delivering content within brand guidelines
- Creating and sending talent/influencer briefs for UGC campaigns
- Film and produce TikToks for clients / internal marketing
- General admin

ABOUT YOU
- Consider yourself someone who’s ahead of the trends, but willing to react to current opportunities
- Self-starter who isn’t afraid to take risks and dive right into new content ideas
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- LOVE TIKTOK & social media and run you own personal social accounts
- Ability to work both individually and as part of a wider team
- Bonus points if you have worked with talent, creators, models or influencers before

We offer a hybrid working environment, with time spent in our office in Cremorne and also the ability to have some day/s working from home.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
