This Graphic Design Team Lead position is a hands-on role working closely with the Creative Director to help manage the workflow of a remote team on various projects and assignments and solely responsible for the QA of client project output.

- Work closely with the Creative Director to manage the workflow of a remote team on various projects and assignments.
- Solely responsible for the quality assurance (QA) of client project output.
- Lead the planning, triaging, and trafficking of incoming briefs from the business, working with the wider team to keep projects on track.

Performance Objectives
- Ensure client satisfaction through the quality of work and a robust QA process.
- Maintain ClickUp accuracy and keep it always up-to-date.
- Prevent negative feedback from clients regarding quality issues.
- Ensure monthly projects and activities are delivered on or before time.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and constructive feedback to the creative team, striving for quality.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)**:

- Zero client follow-ups - SAMS are kept up-to-date so clients know project statuses.
- Completion of projects on or before deadlines.
- Achieve 95% accuracy with QA on all creative works.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 8 years of design experience in an in-house creative department or design firm.
- At least 3 years of experience managing a team and various projects end-to-end.
- Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Strong administration and project management skills.
- Keen eye for detail as this role is responsible for final QA on project output.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Expert knowledge in digital graphic production processes (online and offline).
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat). Google Docs, Dropbox, etc
- Ability to work closely with Account Managers and Creative Director to develop project briefs and maintain a high standard of quality assurance.

Essential Skills
- Thorough grasp of marketing concepts.
- Ability to work remotely and be self-motivated during work hours.
- Strategic organization to ensure tasks and notes are actioned in the correct timeframes.
- Clear, effective, and confident communication with team members and clients.
- Efficient time management while working on multiple projects with different clients.
