**About the role at 3P Learning**

The Graphic Design Team Lead is the custodian of 3PL’s brand, responsible for ensuring all solutions are within the established parameters of the brand DNA, and always looking to develop the visual language through different materials and mediums**.**

**Responsibilities**
- Graphics Creation - Create visual content (print and digital) that communicates key messages, while adhering to a brand’s guidelines

- Collaboration - Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals
