**Description**:
About the role

We’re looking for a People and Culture advisor who can provide support for key activities and initiatives within our team. These include:

- Assisting with recruitment
- Developing and reviewing frameworks including policies, procedures and processes, and capability frameworks
- Play key role in annual remuneration processes
- Owning performance review and planning process, identifying areas for improvement
- Managing training calendar and scheduling
- Develop and deliver in-house training
- Regular and ad hoc reporting including WGEA, turnover and headcount management
- General admin, reporting and other ad hoc tasks

You will work across the P&C team, focusing on projects and initiatives with your team members.

Full time in office role located in Warriewood on Sydney's Northern beaches.

About you

Are you someone with a ‘can do’ attitude, with strong initiative and excellent problem-solving skills?

**Other skills and experience include**:

- Prior experience in a HR / People and Culture role
- Degree qualified in HR or related field
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail
- Payroll processing exposure
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation
- Personable and friendly with excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Solid admin experience and ability to meet deadlines
