Key Responsibilities will include Assist with recruitment Generating contracts and letters Onboarding of new employees in our HRIS Manage our People and Culture inbox responding to queries and providing advice Processing weekly payrolls across various locations Maintain HRIS ensuring all information is correct and up to date Regular and adhoc reporting Provide support on key projects and activities **Skills and Experiences**: About you Are you someone with a ‘can do’ attitude who wants to grow their career within a fast paced environment? Ideally you will be proactive with strong initiative and excellent problem solving skills. Experience in a HR / People and Culture position - minimum 1 year Degree qualified in HR or related field Intermediate to advanced MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) Strong attention to detail Payroll processing experience Knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation Personable and friendly with excellent communication skills Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality Solid admin experience and ability to meet deadlines
