About the role

**Important to note**: This is a Full-Time maternity leave cover position Expectation is approximately 15 months.

**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively supporting the NSW sales team through reporting and sales administration
- Coordinating print management renewals by compiling quotations and proposals
- Identify, develop and support projects to streamline sales processes
- Requesting Machines in Field lists and working with the Customer Care Team
- Processing purchase orders, invoicing and SAP reporting
- Working in collaboration with the operations team in confirming delivery, relocations and collections of devices
- Supporting customers with consumable orders.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders

Essential Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in similar role
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Positive can-do attitude
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently
- A proven capacity to set priorities and meet critical deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and well-developed analytical skills
- Ability to adhere to pre-employment screenings conducted by a third party organisation
