A premium cinema located in the heart of the Inner West is seeking a Duty Manager to join our team and help us deliver the ultimate cinema experience.

As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the smooth running of our premium cinema, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will have the opportunity to be creative and come up with exciting new ideas to make the cinema stand out from the rest.

If you have previous experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor and are looking for an opportunity to step up into a senior management role feel free to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing and supervising the operations of our premium cinema, including staff, facilities, and equipment.
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our young and trendy audience has an unforgettable cinema experience.
- Monitoring stock levels and placing orders when necessary.
- Handling cash and managing finances.
- Training and mentoring staff members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Working closely with the General Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Salary: $56,000 to $60,000 + Superannuation

- A fun-loving and creative personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of cinema operations is preferred but not essential.
