Our natural stone tile retail shop is looking for a professional Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and selling our premium-quality natural stone tiles to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries
- Present and demonstrate our products to customers in a professional and attractive manner
- Provide expert advice on our products and services
- Close sales and process customer orders
- Build and maintain customer relationships through follow-up communication and excellent service
- Build relationships with long standing customers and end clients

**Requirements**:

- Ideally sales experience, preferably in a retail and/or B2B setting
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to learn and stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

This is a full-time position with on-the-job training provided.
