**What's the role?**:
We are currently on the lookout for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong business acumen to join our amazing HR team.

In this role you will partner with business leaders and the wider HR team to manage the full end to end recruitment lifecycle for Hilti Australia. This is a great opportunity for an external recruitment consultant to experience an in-house Talent Acquisition role.

This is a full-time fixed-term role for for 11 months.

**What does the role involve?**:

- Responsible for the end to end recruitment lifecycle
- Effectively partner with key stakeholders across the business as you proactively pipeline and source for upcoming vacancies
- Educate your key stakeholders on recruitment topics, including Recruitment training
- Support with our Employer Branding and University partnership's strategy
- Hilti ranks 11 in world's best workplaces in 2021

**What you need is**:

- 2-3 year's of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition - recruitment agency experience is an advantage
- Demonstrated experience in managing high volumes of open positions concurrently and managing multiple stakeholders and senior leadership
- Previous experience using an Application Tracking System
- Proactive recruitment approach - headhunting experience is ideal
- Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels
- A keen learner who seeks opportunities to develop skills and knowledge
