What’s involved?

We are looking for a collaborative and knowledgeable accounts and finance officer. We highly respect people who take pride in their quality of work, and value initiative. You will be integral to making sure our accounts receivable and processes are well administered, including:

- Liaising with branches about daily banding
- Assisting with weekly and monthly debtor reporting
- AR aging summary
- Working with customers to ensure overdue balances are promptly paid
- Investigating customer credit claims with sales and credit manager
- Processing disputes in line with company policy and escalating when required
- Ensuring that customers payments are received, consistent with agreed payment terms
- Developing and maintaining strong relationship with both internal and external customers

What are we looking for?

Salary will be commensurate with experience. Ideally you will have the relevant qualifications which would help you succeed in this role. You will also be a:

It would be highly regarded if you have;
- Experience in using Oracle Netsuite
- Knowledge of automotive industry
