We are hiring for multi-skilled Plant Operator and Driver to join our team.

The future we’re working towards is one where waste is a valuable resource. Our Plant Operators play an essential role in getting us there, by working with our team to help provide valuable waste management solutions to our clients and customers. Because of this, as an Operator, you will be a fundamental part of the business and focused on waste solutions.

**Who you are**
- It’s a must that you’re a qualified multi-disciplined Plant Operator, with a good safety record, Dozer & Compactor tickets as a minimum (Loader & Scraper tickets very desirable)
- Experience as a Plant Operator is desirable
- Strong understanding of Safety and Compliance in Transport and operations environments
- Customer orientated - you care about our customers and bringing a positive attitude to all your interactions
- Pride in appearance of the company equipment and personal image
- You’re a team player, willing to pitch in, be reliable, support and help when required

Position Requirements:

- HC driver’s license along with previous experience with a good driving record.
- Forklift license or the ability to gain one (company sponsored)
- Good time management and literacy skill (desired)
- Safety focus.
- Experience in a similar position (desired but not essential)
