**About the Organisation**

**About the Position**

Reporting through to the General Manager and sitting as part of the Senior Leadership Team, this brand-new position is being introduced to head up the new Powder Coating Plant.

Key areas of responsibility will include;
**1.** **Leading the Powder Coating Plant and production performance **-you will have full responsibility for the overall management, performance and day-to-day operation of the new Powder Coating Plant. Your primary objective will be to establish and grow this operation to _safely_ and consistently deliver _high-quality powder coating services_ that are on time and in full to the customer.

**2.** **Establishing, mentoring and leading a high-performing Powder Coating Team** - to start out you will be involved in the hiring of the team’s first team members [4 - 6 people initially] and then as the business grows you will expand the team bit by bit to meet demand and eventually run 2 full shifts.

This position is perfectly suited to a self-motivated, ambitious and quality focused Production Manager, Production Supervisor and/or Foreperson who has a depth of experience leading within a Powder Coating and/or Industrial Spray Painting environment - someone who is wanting to make an important career move and identify an opportunity that offers security, growth, support & reward
