**The Position**

A reputable and growth-focused organisation in Brisbane CBD is seeking the talents of an experienced and driven payroll professional to commence in a permanent full-time role with their thriving payroll team. This role will have a focus on day-to-day deliverables as well as project work.

This role provides you the opportunity to work in a collaborative team to perform a payroll service for a large workforce. Working in a high-performing team within payroll, you will be supported and guided to ensure you are a successful member of the organisation. This organisation is located in Brisbane city with easy access to public tarsnport as well as regular hybrid work from home options.

**Key Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Payroll Lead, you will be responsible for performing a full function payroll service. Your key responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:

- End-to-end payroll processing;
- Support with the T&A system including ongoing training and education to business leaders;
- Processing of adjustments and deductions including terminations, back-payments, WorkCover, tax, etc.;
- Reconciliations;
- Month-end and year-end reporting;
- Attending to and resolving any employee payroll queries in an efficient, positive and timely manner;
- Administration of new employee records and updating of existing employee files;
- Driving, influencing and contributing to key payroll projects;
- Ad hoc support and guidance on complex payroll matters.
