This Australian software house of around 100 people has recently had its Cyber Security Manager move on after 3 years.

The role reports to the CFO and is a stand-alone role. Their Cyber maturity is pretty good for a company of their size.

You'll be responsible for external audits of the ISMS (ISO & SOC 2), owning and leading Incidents, making sure the right controls are in place, maintaining assurance programs, working with external pen-testers, security awareness, helping automate where possible, and board/qtrly reporting.
