Excellent opportunity for senior Security professionals with aspirations to work towards the executive suite as you will be engaging with C level on a regular basis and operate at a strategic level.

The ability to communicate technical terminology into business risks is essential and your communication style should be collaborative to see you successful in the position.

You will be accountable for managing the IT Security Team and works with the CISO to ensure the day-to-day security operations are functioning to protect the organisation from cyber threats.

**This includes ensuring the security strategy, security framework, and that security policies and standards are followed.**

**Responsibilities**
- Complete risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities to digital assets as required and ensure risk management activities and practises are applied to all tasks
- Leadership
- Vendor management
- Hands on role
- Security strategy and roadmaps for helping the company achieve their cyber security ambitions
- Ensure key security and risk metrics as well as phishing campaigns results are reported monthly
- Manage Incident response in the event of a security breach or a cyber-attack
- Ensure that they comply with relevant regulatory standards and regulations
- Ensure patching for identified vulnerabilities are completed monthly
- Monitor all operations and infrastructure to understand any cyber threats to the organisation
- Maintain the IT Security policy, procedures and standards updated, and report deviations identified through day-to-day operations.
- **This role will conduct security assessments and compliance activities, manage key security activities including third party risk assessment and security awareness campaigns.**

**Hands on role - Being able to resolve incidents & help internal and external teams**

Demonstrated experience in managing security teams

Experience with Industry standard security tools

Experience within iIT security strategy & roadmaps

Exposure to azure cloud

Agile project methodology capabilities

Customer/ Member fist approach to Service/product design and delivery

Innovation and digital process re
- design experience

Demonstrated willingness to embrace organisational change including use of modern technology and an ability to analyse and problem solve in the context of change and continuous improvement
