Cyber Security Manager

Working in partnership with the NSW Government, the Parklife Metro consortium is working on an exciting new metro rail infrastructure project in Greater Western Sydney.

Comprising, Plenary, RATP Dev, Siemens and Webuild, the private sector partners are looking to build their metro rail expertise to deliver this city-shaping project, which will be delivered under a Public Private Partnership model and will provide a major economic stimulus for Western Sydney.

**Siemens** as a D&C Contractor member will be responsible for the successful delivery of the design and construction elements of the project, and we are currently looking to hire **Cyber Security Manager** to work within Siemens Mobility team, based in our **Sydney** office.

**This is your role. What part will you play?**

The Cyber Security Manager is the responsible person to ensure the overall Cyber Security of the entire Railway system according to customer specifications, local regulations, international standards and relevant applicable rules.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

- Responsible for cyber security of IACS/Operational Technology during the Design and Build phase of the project
- Coordinating the delivery of the Cyber Security Risk Assessment throughout the IACS landscape incl. the coordination of appropriate mitigation
- Responsible for the Cybersecurity Assurance process, being the counterpart for the Independent Cyber Security Assessor
- Responsible for the Cyber security strategy and the overall Cyber Security Management Plan
- Coordination of the Cyber Security related testing activities incl. approval and alignment of the test plans and specifications of the delivery subsystems.

- New South Wales Class 2A security licence, in accordance with the Security Industry Act 1997 (NSW)
- Practical experience with Cyber security Risk Management process, Cyber security system hardening, Cyber security testing, Cyber security assurance process.
- Sound knowledge ISA/IEC62443 standards family, ISO27000 standards family, NIST 800 standards family, TfNSW cybersecurity standards, CLC TS 50701
- Knowledge of IAM, PKI, Endpoint Security solutions, NAC systems, Network Intrusion detection Systems, Cybersecurity Architectures, Cybersecurity Zone concepts, Firewall Concepts, DMZ, VPN, MPLS networks, Segmentation and Micro-Segmentation, Cyber Security Operation Centre
