**Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage the inbound order process for timely and accurate processing, oversee the order journey, and promote the Advanta Website order portal.
Ensure timely outbound order delivery and maintain relationships with couriers and third-party storage facilities.
Build strong relationships with top accounts, champion Hubspot CRM usage, and manage the NPS program for continuous improvement.
Oversee the warranty process and analyse historical claims to implement reduction strategies.
Manage the Advanta Loan Chair program, ensuring stock accuracy and timely returns.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and engage staff in process development through change management.
Train team members, drive engagement, develop staffing rosters, and conduct performance appraisals.
Advocate for a safety culture, assist in developing SWMS, and ensure adherence to safety practices.
**Skills and Experiences**:
**About You**:
At least 5 years of experience in the customer service space
At least 5 years of experience in leadership roles.
Experience in B2B sales and manufacturing environments.
Qualifications in Business, Customer Service, and/or Management are advantageous
Proven ability to build high-performing teams.
Strong attention to detail and process-driven approach ensuring customer satisfaction.
Change management experience.
Strong relationship-building skills with customers and suppliers.
Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
Experience with Hubspot or equivalent CRM system.
Knowledge of health and safety practices in production environments.
