We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Restaurant** **Supervisor** to join our talented team and help us continue providing exceptional experiences to our guests.

**Position Overview**: As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the team during your shift, ensuring smooth operations, and providing the highest level of service. You will work closely with the restaurant management to drive efficiency, manage the floor, and lead by example in providing exceptional customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support the front-of-house team during service, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Lead by example, providing hands-on assistance where needed to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring the restaurant is well
- stocked and prepared for busy service periods.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the team follows health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Assist in staff training and development to ensure high standards of service.
- Support the management team in staff rostering, performance reviews, and other operational duties.
- Manage customer feedback and complaints resolution.
- Assist in the opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.

- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory roles in hospitality, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- A genuine love for the hospitality industry and working as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
