**Hunter & Barrel** is a sophisticated take on the hunter's way, where ancient ritual combines with raw elements of nature in a modern setting. Our restaurant is located in Ringwood and forms part of a vibrant and passionate international team.

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated **Floor Supervisor **to be part of our team and lead and develop those around them
- **Ideally within this role, you will be responsible for the following**:_
- Lead, manage and monitor staff operations
- Restaurant opening and closing procedures are consistent and managed accordingly
- Service standards are developed and kept to a professional level at all times
- Demonstrated leadership qualities within a fast paced, high volume restaurant environment essential
- Marketing and retail promotions and programs are effectively executed
- Following and ensuring company policies & procedures are adhered to
- Restaurant costs including the maintenance of adequate stock levels and the management of staff labour costs
- Handling guest feedback and follow up

For this position you would be required to have an RSA, and supervisory experience in a similar role within the hospitality/restaurant industry is preferred, although we are willing to train.
