**In this position you will be responsible for the following**:

- Lead, manage & monitor front of house staff
- Assist in opening & closing procedures of the restaurant
- Ensure service standards are developed and kept to a professional level at all times
- Demonstrate leadership qualities within a fast paced, high volume restaurant environment essential
- Follow and ensure company policies & procedures are adhered to
- Handling guest feedback

**To be successful, applicants must have a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol), and a minimum of 1 year within a similar Supervisory position.**

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Floor Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
