**Overview**

The Program or Project Administrator is responsible for planning and undertaking administration of contracts, organisational programs, special projects and support services. This role is also in charge of developing, reviewing and negotiating variations to contracts, programs, projects and services. Responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts, programs, projects, services provided, and persons affected, Managing paperwork associated with contracts, programs, projects and services provided.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Day to day project management reporting
- Risk and schedule management
- Project budget and forecasting
- Initial triage of operational support requests Assist with Governance function - activities such as meeting schedule management, agenda, minutes etc and mentor actions arising from meetings.
- Privacy administration and project activities related to the management of external providers
