Here at T+O+M Executive, We have partnered with a market-leading provider of scaled, technology-enabled administration solutions, to recruit an exciting **Finance Business Partner** position across the firms Corporate Market Division.
- Permanent role, with flexible work from home policy
- $150k Package + Bonus

**Overview of the role**

The primary focus of this role is to:

- Own the Corporate Markets Finance relationship with key regional and business leaders
- Develop operational plan for business growth to support the 5 year strategy.
- Ensure revenue and expenses are effectively captured and reviewed each month to ensure accurate and timely results across the P&L and balance sheet.
- Develop new business pipeline modelling to assist with revenue forecasting.
- In depth analysis of cost drivers and opportunities to drive greater efficiency in the division.
- Deliver monthly rolling forecasts including highlighting risks and opportunities to achievement.
- Develop driver-based budgeting and forecasting models

**Your background**
- CA, CFA or CPA qualified
- Experience in Finance related functions
- Problem solver, with financial modelling experience is advantageous
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence with strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Track record of demonstrating the ability to make a difference in past roles and ability to identify, model and be a champion for growth
