Role: Finance Business Partner

Contract: 6 month Day rate contract with Permanent role offered

**Salary**: $700 per day ($140,000 + superannuation)

Location: Macquarie Park, NSW

Mission:
Reports solid line to Head of Business Finance and covers the Performance Scope relating to Secure Power Field Services (Orders to Sales to DVC GM), including Over/under DVC recovery and all related Balance Sheet items;
The Referent for Services Controlling - train & coach the team and should make sure that key practices are properly implemented (e.g. labor rate calculation)

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with Corporate, Finance & Control functions in order to help in the follow up of financial performance of service execution: Legal, Tax, Treasury, Solution Risk Managers, Contract Managers, Contract administrators, and Finance Business analysts.
- As business partner during Selling and Execution phases, support and challenge Service Execution Team in all relevant specs with close focus/follow up on the finance activities (Revenue recognition, Margin, Cash, Tax,) in order to improve delivery performance from financial perspective
- Build strong relationship with services delivery teams to prepare a rolling delivery forecast including backlog (reviewed and adjusted quarterly) with a degree of accuracy ensuring that any risks/opportunities that arise along the way are highlighted to Business Finance Manager and relevant other key stakeholders
- GM analysis to ensure all aspects of AOC (Analysis of Change) are understood (e.g. mix, project execution, productivity, subcontractor usage, etc)
- Implementation of all project and services (GCP&S) controlling relevant rules, methods, processes and tools in accordance to Global Services Controlling requirements
- Preparation of requested analysis by Global Services Finance & Commercial teams (e.g. Hr Rate Campaign, AOC, Under absorption calculation, etc)

Skills & Qualifications required:

- CA or CPA Qualified (equivalent ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
- Fluent in English
- 5 years experience in Financial & Control Services
- High volume service experience
- Working with an offshore team in a multi-cultural environment
- Oracle (ERP) & SAP Exposure is key
- Stakeholder engagement & management
- No longer than a 1 week notice period
