**Permanent Part Time - 20 hours per fortnight**

**Hours: 14:30 - 23:00**

**About the role**
Health Information Services currently has an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team.

The role calls for applicants with a high degree of flexibility, initiative, an eye for detail and a willingness to learn. In addition, high-level communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a tight-knit team are paramount. Well-developed computer and time management skills are essential, and the successful applicant will need to have the ability to work under pressure in order to meet internal deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**
Duties include but are not limited to:

- Reception and office duties
- Scanning clinical documentation into the Digital Medical Record
- Retrieval and distribution of medical records on demand
