**About the Role**
As a Recovery at Work Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting injured staff through the Workers’ Compensation process and facilitating their recovery and return to work. You’ll work closely with employees, managers, insurers, and healthcare providers to create personalised and practical recovery plans that lead to safe, timely, and sustainable work reintegration. Your key responsibilities:

- Provide expert advice on return-to-work policies and Workers’ Compensation legislation
- Coordinate and monitor Recovery at Work programs
- Support staff, managers, and external providers throughout the recovery journey
- Collaborate with an experienced, agile team to balance workloads and meet organisational needs
- Navigate complex interpersonal and insurance-related transitions with empathy and professionalism

**About You**
You’re an experienced professional with a deep understanding of Workers’ Compensation and return-to-work practices. Highly organised and proactive, you’re skilled at navigating sensitive situations with care and tact. Your communication skills allow you to build trust across diverse teams and stakeholders. Adaptable and collaborative, you’re always ready to lend a hand and help drive positive recovery outcomes.

- An eligibility list will be created for future temporary full or part time vacancies.
- This position is full time; however, part time/job share arrangements may also be considered.
- To be eligible for employment in this position you must be an Australian Citizen, or permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport, or hold an appropriate visa that allows you to live and work in Australia. Employment of a temporary visa holder will only be offered in line with the conditions and expiry date of your visa.
