**About the role**
Glen Eira City Council is looking for a highly motivated person to provide administrative support to our Parking and Safety team.

You will delivery of high quality customer service, quality assurance and technical assistance during the roll out of Paid Residential Parking Permits.

**About you**
- You will also have:_
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of software programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing workloads.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers including difficult customers.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively, efficiently and without direct supervision.

- Applicants must be willing to undergo a police records check for the purpose of employment.
