**An Administrative Assistant's day to day work can vary but is generally summed up with the following**:
- Preparing weekly schedules, Reports & develop better coordination with team members for the better delivery of tasks & operations.
- Contact with Underwriters as required & work on any new updates by Underwriter or within Industry.
- Developing and managing spreadsheets
- Scheduling meetings and events for business employees and potential visitors Managing front-end communication with visitors and clients
- Organising files along with scanning, copying required documents & saving as requisite Organising internal business operations
- Handling office duties
- To be flexible & multiple tasking, initiative taker to perform assigned tasks & duties
- To organise day to day office activities & operations.
**Requirements**:
- Graduation or equivalent education level
- Sharp intellectual level & eager to learn & develop skills.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
